Workzo

How it works

One living project, not a pile of separate tools.

Workzo combines automation, AI that watches over your documents, and full lifecycle tracking, so documentation keeps pace with the work your team is already doing.

In practice

What it does on its own.

Once files start landing, Workzo works through them instead of waiting for someone to file, check, and chase.

  • Files every upload

New documents are sorted into the room as they arrive, rather than sitting in an inbox waiting to be placed.

  • Reads what it receives

Workzo detects the document type and extracts the key metadata from it, so the details are captured without retyping.

  • Suggests where things belong

When placement is ambiguous, you get a recommended destination instead of an empty folder picker.

  • Knows what's still missing

The expected document set follows the transaction type, so absent items are named rather than discovered late.

  • Catches duplicates and conflicts

Near-identical uploads and documents that contradict each other get flagged for a human to settle.

  • Links related documents

Contracts, amendments, and their supporting files are connected, so opening one shows you the rest of the chain.

  • Watches for staleness

Documents that have gone out of date or are approaching an expiry raise an alert before anyone relies on them.

  • Answers with citations

Questions are answered from the documents you've already uploaded, each answer pointing back to the ones behind it.

  • Scores readiness before you share

A readiness score summarises what's complete and what still needs attention, so you can judge where things stand before sharing.
