Yes. Open the pipeline schedule settings to choose when it should run. You can also start a run manually whenever you need it.

Manual runs are useful while a workflow is being tested or when its timing depends on a person. A schedule is better when the same configured workflow should start at a predictable time.

Add a schedule

Open the pipeline schedule settings, select the available timing that matches the process, and save the change. Return to the same settings to adjust or remove automatic execution.
